Wire tube condenser for industrial water dispensers
The manufacturing process of our wire tube condenser is very delicate and requires multiple processes. One step that is particularly noteworthy is that we will place the wire tube condenser in a vacuum, exhaust the internal air and water through operations such as evacuation and inflation, to ensure the purity of the inside of the wire tube condenser. Then, we will connect different pipelines through high-temperature welding and other methods to form a complete wire tube condenser.
Our condenser surface is treated with cathodic electrophoretic coating, which has excellent corrosion resistance. The hardness and flexibility of the coating have been rigorously tested to ensure long-term stable operation in high temperature, high humidity, and high corrosion environments. Whether in industrial scenarios such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or food processing, our condensers can provide stable and reliable cooling support for production equipment.
Our industrial water dispenser's wire tube condenser also follows strict electronic coating specifications, applying R134a cooling system tube-inserting standards to control residual moisture, impurities, mineral oil, residual chlorine, and paraffin content, ensuring the reliability and stability of the product in various industrial environments.
R134a-cooling-system tube standards | |
Residual moisture | ≤ 5mg/100cm³ |
Residual impurity | ≤ 10mg/100cm³ |
Residual mineral oil | ≤ 100mg/100cm³ |
Residual chlorine | ≤5vloppm |
Residual paraffin | ≤ 3mg/cm³ |
Choose our wire tube condenser for water dispensers to achieve excellent cooling performance for your production equipment and improve production efficiency!
